The Tecre Model 1629 cuts artwork for 1-1/4 inch round buttons. It punches a 1.629 inch circle in one motion, sized for the Model 125.
Why the cut size is larger than the button
The edge of the artwork wraps around the shell, about 0.19 inches on each side at this size. Keep text inside the central 1-1/4 inch circle and run your background out to the full cut.
