    The Tecre Model 125 makes 1-1/4 inch round buttons. A little larger than the 1 inch press, it gives artwork noticeably more room while keeping the compact, pin-sized format people expect on bags and lanyards.

    What a 1-1/4 inch button is for

    • Badges and campaign pins with a logo plus a few words

    If you are torn between this and the 1 inch press, the 1-1/4 inch size is easier to read at a distance. If you want photos, choose a larger size such as the 2-1/4 inch or a 2 x 3 inch rectangle.

    3. Swivel to the second die, add the back, and press again.

    That depends on the model you choose: 2x2 in. square, 1.75x2.75 in. rectangle, 2x3 in. rectangle, or 2.25 in. round.

    Very fast. As a beginner, you can create a set of 12 magnets in under 5 minutes once you get the process down.
