The Tecre Model 1313 cuts artwork for 1 inch round buttons. It punches a perfect 1.313 inch circle in one motion, the exact size the Model 100 needs so your design wraps cleanly around the shell.
Why the cut size is larger than the button
The outer edge of the artwork wraps around the side of the metal shell. On a 1 inch button that wrap is about 0.16 inches on each side, so keep text and important detail inside the central 1 inch circle and extend your background to the full 1.313 inch cut.

Why use a punch instead of scissors
