Processing Times

  • Custom Magnets & Prints: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Supplies & Accessories: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Tecre Machines: Machines are made-to-order. The estimated lead time is 6–10 weeks before shipping.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • We primarily use UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on product pages or at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Average delivery time is 2–7 business days once shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

  • Snap Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Damages or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@snapmagnets.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
