Refund policy
At Snap Magnets, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. Please read carefully to understand which items can be returned and how our process works.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom products: All personalized items (such as flexible magnets, fridge magnets, button magnets, photo prints, and other custom-made products) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift cards: Non-refundable.

Personal care or perishable goods: Not applicable to our store, but included for legal compliance.
Snap Magnets Course & Starter Kit

Course Access: All Snap Magnets courses are non-refundable. Once you place an order, log in, and begin accessing or discovering the course, the purchase is final.

Starter Kit Bundles: If the course is purchased together with a Starter Kit, the entire bundle is final sale and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Kits: If your Starter Kit arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at contact@snapmagnets.com.

Transparency: Before ordering, we provide detailed descriptions, screenshots, and information about all learning materials. We answer questions openly to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Supplies & Accessories

Unused and unopened supplies (such as button parts, magnet parts, or accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Tecre Machines (Button & Magnet Makers)

Made-to-Order: All Tecre machines are built to order. Because of this, machines are non-refundable once production has started.

Claims: Any claims for damaged or defective machines must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Condition: Machines must be returned unused and in original condition. Any signs of use, physical damage (including dropping), or attempts to disassemble the machine will void both the return and warranty.

Warranty: Every Tecre machine comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, drops, or disassembly.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@snapmagnets.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@snapmagnets.com.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
