Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of snapmagnets.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Snap Magnets Inc. (“Snap Magnets,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and printed photos may vary slightly from how they appear on your device.
Specifications for Tecre machines, punches and supplies are based on information published by the manufacturer and may change without notice.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change product descriptions at any time.

3. Custom orders and your content

When you submit photos, artwork, logos or text (“Your Content”), you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
You grant Snap Magnets a limited license to use Your Content solely to produce, ship and support your order.
We may refuse or cancel any custom order that we believe contains unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.
You are responsible for the photos you choose and for checking spelling, names and dates in any text you provide.
Uploaded photos are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice.
An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by a pricing or product error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
You agree to pay all charges for your order, including product prices, shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Promotional codes

Promotional and discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to their own terms, minimums and expiry dates.
Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
We may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that use codes obtained or applied in violation of their terms.

6. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and shipping charges apply to every order, as described in our Shipping Policy. We do not offer free shipping to any destination except through a valid promotional code.
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the shipping address you provided, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom products, digital products and courses are final sale.

8. Warranties

Button machines purchased from Snap Magnets are covered by our Lifetime Machine Warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by user error is not covered, but we will repair it at a reasonable cost, with the customer paying for parts and shipping both ways. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Except as stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” and Snap Magnets disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Digital products and courses

When you buy a digital product or course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own personal or small business use.
You may sell physical products you make using our templates and designs. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense or distribute the digital files, course videos or course materials themselves.
We may suspend or end access to a digital product or course if you share login details or otherwise violate this license.
Course content reflects our own experience. We do not guarantee any particular sales, income or business results.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, templates, videos and course materials, is owned by Snap Magnets or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our written permission, except as allowed by these Terms. Tecre is a trademark of Tecre Co., Inc.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us feedback, photos or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that your submissions are truthful and do not violate anyone’s rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site to break any law, infringe intellectual property, submit false or fraudulent orders, upload malicious code, scrape or copy the Site in bulk, interfere with its security or operation, or harass others.

13. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments, shipping and some site features are provided by third parties. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Magnets and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Magnets from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from Your Content, your misuse of products or the Site, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Snap Magnets regarding the Site and your purchases.
