These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

1. General Conditions

  • By using our site and services, you agree not to misuse our products or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

  • Content (including your uploaded photos/artwork for custom magnets) may be transferred unencrypted over networks, except for payment information, which is always encrypted.

2. Online Store Terms

  • Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform.

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to purchase from us.

3. Products & Services

  • Custom Products: All custom magnets, photo prints, and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Supplies & Accessories: Unused and unopened supplies (button parts, magnet parts, etc.) may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

  • Tecre Machines: Machines are made-to-order, non-refundable once production has started, and subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned (pre-approval required). Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

  • We reserve the right to limit sales by region or quantity.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.

5. Shipping & Lead Times

  • Estimated lead times for Tecre machines are 6–10 weeks.

  • Custom product turnaround times are noted on product pages.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Snap Magnets is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Certain products (custom items, gift cards, and made-to-order machines) are not eligible for returns.

7. Accuracy of Information

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions and photos accurately. However, slight variations may occur (especially with custom products).

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

8. Warranties & Liability

  • Tecre machines include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from dropping, misuse, or disassembly is not covered.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of our products or services.

  • In no case shall Snap Magnets Inc. be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. User Content

  • By submitting photos, artwork, or content for custom products, you confirm that you have the rights to use that content.

  • We may refuse content that violates copyright, trademarks, or is offensive.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept those changes.
