How do I send you my photos?
After you place your order, you can upload them right at checkout, or email them to us at upload@snapmagnets.com with your order number. Phone photos work great.
Can each magnet in my set be a different photo?
Yes. You can send all different photos, 1 photo repeated 12 times, or anything in between. Totally up to you.
What if my photo is low quality or blurry?
We'll let you know during the proof stage if a photo won't print well. We can suggest a different one or do our best to enhance it. We'd rather slow down a day than send you something you won't love.
How long until I get my magnets?
Production takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping takes another 3 to 4 days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days total. You'll get a tracking number the moment it ships.
Will the magnets stick to my fridge?
Yes, they work on any standard steel fridge, magnetic boards, lockers, and most metal surfaces. Some newer stainless steel fridges aren't actually magnetic, so check yours with a regular magnet first if you're not sure.
Do they come in a gift box?
Yes, every order ships in our branded gift box at no extra cost. Ready to give as-is.
Can I order more than 12?
Absolutely. Just adjust the quantity in cart, or message us for bulk orders (weddings, parties, family reunions). We do bigger orders all the time.
What's your return policy?
Since these are custom-made just for you, we don't accept returns. But if there's any issue with print quality or your order, message us and we'll make it right. That's a promise.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Illinois. US orders arrive in 4 to 6 days. International orders take 7 to 14 days depending on your country.
Are these waterproof?
They're water resistant, not fully waterproof. They'll handle the occasional splash on the fridge no problem, but we don't recommend keeping them outdoors or in the bathroom.
